Spark Power Interior Fit-OutInterior fit-out of office space across two levels within an occupied area of 40,000 sq. ft. The space included an indoor living wall, state-of the art training facilities for technicians and rooftop solar infrastructure.

MacDonald Block Reconstruction ProjectThis P3 project with PCL Constructors Canada Inc. involved the complete reconstruction of the administrative hub of the Ontario Government, with a total gross area of 1.7 million sq. ft. The upgrade included modernization of all core building systems, and updated office accommodations to meet current accessibility standards.

Junction Triangle LibraryNew train-themed library built to replace the existing branch at Perth/Dupont, with a total area of 9,902 sq. ft. The project includes newly designed Children’s and Teen’s areas and meeting the latest accessibility requirements.

Project 'M'Reconstruction of a former tomato farm into a cannabis cultivation and manufacturing facility. Scope included extensions to existing greenhouses, revitalization of interior spaces and the construction of new offices integrated with production areas.

Locke Library RenovationRenovation project focused on delivering essential accessibility upgrades, along with refreshed shelving, seating, and upgrades to the children’s and teen areas – all while preserving key heritage elements of the building.

The Livmore43-storey purpose-built rental in the heart of downtown Toronto. Features 595 suites, six levels of below-grade parking, and a two-storey sky lounge on the 26th floor.

Universal City 331-storey condominium, part of a multi-tower development. Features 371 suites, three levels of below grade parking, and a swimming pool on the 5th floor.

The Rhodes8-storey condominium located in Forest Hill, Toronto. Includes 25 Luxury-Boutique suites, three levels of underground parking, and direct elevator access to each suite.

The Dylan10-storey condominium located at 831 Glencairn Avenue. Comprises 218 suites, two levels of below grade parking, geothermal field with a heat pump system.

The Laneway2-4-storey affordable rental development comprising 48 suites with elevators and at-grade parking.
